What's Your Idea?

Mayor Michael Bloomberg has proposed that New York City adopt a system of "congestion pricing." Drivers would have to pay a charge to come into Manhattan's Central Business District during weekday rush-hours.

The mayor says these charges will reduce traffic congestion and help pay for transit repairs. There would be a three year pilot project to see how the program works. What do you think?
