There are a few (4) and (5) (more fives tho) that only go down to Bowling Green, but thats cause of limited capacity in Brooklyn, there's only one IRT yard out there now, remember that. Think of them as those Kings Hwy F's. There are also two 5's that start at Bowling Green for the PM rush, those are AM crews that used to go down there out of service around 3ish, but now go in service and are short turned. The reason its two is because two whole trains can fit inside of that loop.
