You bet they learned their lesson from that one.

Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, and Philadelphia built similar multi-purpose football/baseball stadiums in the 70's, and now all 6 of those teams play in their own stadiums.

Football and Baseball should not be played on the same field.

Pro Player will still continue to do it, I think the Dolphins should go pplay n the Orange Bowl Stadium, if someone can clairfy that it's not Pro Player they use for the Orange Bowl

The Dolphins and Marlins both play in Pro Player Stadium.

At least that's a grass stadium. Football chews that up though.

Miami doesn't care the about Florida Marlins, and wouldn't give them their own stadium. They might as well move to a city they would be respected in, like Orlando, or New York! laugh

Wouldn't you love that :p just fire the entire Mets staff and replace them w/the entire Marlins team lol [And I know how much you'd love that, but even still they lost their main player and that's I-Rod]

Where'd he go?

I knew the Marlins were going to be another 1 hit wonder. How can a fan have faith? No one they are all bandwagon jumpers. That team is here today-gone tomorrow.

Detroit - yep from the Absolute best to the extreme worst - you should be proud of Detroit last year they almost lost 120 games, but still 119 is still just as bad for an 'established' team

Detroit?! Ew!

How much are they paying him, because you know that's the only reason why anyone would go there!

Well their strategy seems to be working better than the Mets! Seriously, champs in 1997 and 2003--how can you whine? They'll just turn over the roster with young players and win again in a few more years

If Jorge Posada strikes out 26 times in the World Series they'll be looking for a new catcher. Regardless of how many years of loyal service he gave to the team before that.

I figure that with I-Rod now with the Tigers, they will only lose 100 games.

But come on, we all know that the YANKEES are going to win it all.

Question: Who is getting up at 5am next Tuesday for the game in Tokyo? Sadly I won't be but I will see the end of that game.

QB-Broadway/Brighton: I'm going to that exact same game on July 3rd. I don't remember what section Im in. I think it was either deep mezz, or deep upper deck.

Hot dogs should be double price if you are wearing a Yankees jersey.

Nah Wild Card again, we still got Rivera wink but then if they make it to the Al Championship - be glad, Oakland will be healthy this year unlike last year when Boston barely beat them w/out some of the A's aces :p
Btw imo that wasn't cool how Boston treated Nomar like that - I see he might be frustrated this year along w/Manny lol
