Wow I like that, it is about time they are putting schedules in trains and in train stations.

I like the travel time between your station and St. George thing.

39 minutes to Tottenville? I doubt that. It's more like 41-42 minutes.

Oh, and it's a very nice sign. Good idea.

Whats the difference? 2-3 mins? Who cares. Depends on your motorman and any possible delays along the way.

Hmm, just looking over it, and the MTA continues to spell Prince's Bay incorrectly. They do it on The Map too. The only correct spelling is on the station signs.

They're tons of spelling errors scattered all around the subway system and SIR.

Actually, I don't think that's a mistake. Take a look at The Map. Two different names!

The signs are a good idea. Between the P.A. announcements with bus transfers at every station (usually), timetables posted at most stations, clear advertisements listing service changes, and these new signs, one would almost think the MTA is starting to take the Staten Island Railway seriously. Almost.

Edit: Where the heck was "Broadway" misspelled? That's hysterical!

39 minutes to Tottenville? I doubt that. It's more like 41-42 minutes.

IAWTP...the <7> running time is 26-27 mins...i've been doing it daily main-TSQ, its never less than 30+...more like the "scheduled" 33-34 min (7) running time...u always gotta leave extra time in addition to what they tell you

You cannot compare the 7 to the SIRT. It's a totally different operation.

Yea, but both schedules say the running time is less than it really is...

Actually the real SIRT schedule (the booklet) tells the real running times. The sign is just wrong.

On the upbound platform. If you're on a 4 car Queens bound train, you can see it from the location of the 2nd door from the rear in the last car when the train stops.
