You cannot send it to another street 125th is an EXPRESS stop meaning connections need to be made at that street and for the two way traffic to flow across town would be difficult when trying to sendthe route east or west when in many case there is a

I don't know the schedule but I did seem the R160A E train during the weekends and the evening. I think it's best to look for at around those times. All the times I seen it it was going towards Jamaica Center.
