Did anyone see them today? I think those are better than having R40/42 on the C, because they stop all the way to the front of the station and you have to run up to catch. When R32/38 on the C they stop midway into the station so that you don't have

IIRC,they've mixed car classes together in the same train since the days of the R1s-R9s. So long as the capability for doing so continues to exist, there's no reason they shouldn't do it when necessary.

Nights, yes. Weekends, no. All of those local stops along CPW are tedious.

There is no drect access to the 6th Av service between 125 st and 59 st late nights and weekends. In Brooklyn there is no 6th Av sevice at Dekalb Av on weekends. On weekends 4th Av needs some 6th Av service on the local track.

Tacky? Waste of time? Really? They been doing this when the R40M and R42 were on the B, N and W. So if this idea happened then, let them continue doing this now. I don't see the problem with it. It's cool.

I've also seen West Farms buses on the Bx32, Gun Hill buses on the Bx21, and Kingsbridge buses on the Bx6.
