Here's my spin;

Bx7/10; switched in Riverdale. The Bx7 runs along Kappock St and the Bx10 runs along Riverdale Av south of 239th St, thus eliminating the need for the Bx20.

Even the rehabbed stations are looking pretty shabby. Stations with drainage problems are staining the new tiles on stations such as Columbus Circle.

I totally agree with your analysis. The problem is that "giving the Q train running room" comes at the price of clogging up service for the rest of the lines.

The tracks north of the 57th Street station are often used to store trains until they are needed between rush hours, or other periods. Thus Q-trains often use the track switches south of the 57th Street station platforms to relay trains back to Broo
