Who likes the ride on the (L) between Bushwick Avenue-Aberdeen Street and Atlantic Avenue as the (L) elevates and crosses over the (J)(Z) at "Broadway Junction"? And what a fun transfer from the (L) to the (A)(C) also.

I like that also. The (L) happens to be the most interesting B.M.T line

The (L) happens to be my favorite BMT line on my list. I just wished she used more R160s. I always catch an R143.

How do subway cars get to and from the Fourteenth Street-Canarsie Line? Is it via a connection to ENY Yard?

The R160s on the L have a sing song sound when accelerating or decelerating. The R143 makes 1 sound that changes in pitch (if this is the correct way to describe it!)

I agree with BX41LTD, the (L) should have more R160s. Ialways get an R143. R160s rarely show up on that line.

The L line rocks with R160's & R143's. Personally, I wish the L was 100% R143's but I love the R160's so whereever they are, I dig em!

Yeah it would've been nice, but the MTA didn't think the L would be this heavily used and didn't order enough R143's.

And the L will become even more crowded once the recession abates. High rises along the East River in Williamsburg and loads of condos going up around McCarren Park in addition to the rest of the neighborhood. There are many vacant units just waiting to fill up. The G ridership should also increase.

A bad video on You Tube shows two English visitors subway surfing on the (L). They get on the threshold of the last car on a set of R143s. Holding on to the grab rails on each side, they ride two stops to Morgan Avenue. They possibly would have had more fun had they surfed between Bushwick-Aberdeen and Atlantic Avenue, I think.
