7 runs more off-peak than the J runs during the rush lol, and the "longer train" excuse most B division trains use isnt even applicable.

Its still in testing, and also those gaps in the system (some places online, other places not) may play a role there. Its subject to the same kinks and faults that occur inherently in ATS, since its based solely on what ATS sees and does.

They're typically in countries like India. This is for two reasons: 1. Cheap labor. 2. It may be morning in India when it's night here. Outsourcing helps you get customer service 24 hours a day.
